Boost pass blocking BT services

After renewing my BT contract, I now can't get NOW Sky on one of my TVs (the other one is fine) due to an iTunes boost pass I didn't know I had. I've now cancelled that  via iTunes but it doesn't expire for three weeks and my Now Sky channels are still blocked. BT don't want to know. Has anyone experienced anything similar and have any possible solutions?

Regards

Paul

@Coatesy

What do you mean the NOW channels are blocked ?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Is there not a YouView box, rather than a TV, involved here somewhere?

How have you found out that the iTunes Boost pass is the issue, and not something else, such as a glitch in the Now app on one of the TVs?

What differences exist between the two TVs that could explain Now on one of them one being blocked by the iTunes Boost and the other not?

Again, this would seem to point to a glitch on one TV, which you could first attempt to address by deleting the app off that TV and reinstalling it.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thanks Roy, appreciate the response. I’ll look into that.
