A few people over on NOW Twitter are also getting the same message from this particular email offer.
Using a different internet browser didn't help.
When you click on the email link to take up the offer, see if when it redirects you that at the end of your internet browser url address bar there is a NOW voucher code starting with NOW xxxxxxxxxx.
If so, try copying the voucher code down and apply it under My Membership on your NOW online account.
