I keep trying to purchase the 12 month entertainment and movies for £99 and I keep getting the message ‘something went wrong’.
Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I don't know if its any help. I've just cancelled both my entertainment and cinema passes and whilst doing so they've offered movies for £5.99 a month and entertainment for £4.99 a month. I know it's slightly over £99 but its still a great saving.
