Black Friday deals not available

Hi, 

 

I recently bought a Now TV 4K box which comes with free passes. Now when I try to select one of the Black Friday deals it says i'm not eligible for them as I already have a deal running due to having voucher passes active.  Does that mean in order to take advantage of the deals I have to cancel my current passes which ive already technically paid Now TV for??

The black friday deals you are looking at may only be for new NOW TV customers. There is a few exisiting offers available, you just have to read the T&Cs 🙂
