I’m an existing customer with telephone, broadband and Entertainment and Movies passes. I wanted to take up the £99 for 12 months Entertainment and Movies but I’m unable to as I am apparently ineligible even though it’s supposed to be for existing customers, which seems completely wrong to me.
Does anyone know if I could cancel my subscription to Now TV and then join as a new customer? It seems like there would be no other way to do it.
