Aphasia and Speaking to someone on the phone

I’m want to talk to a human being. I suffer from Aphasia and this communication is extremely stressful for

me to connect to something like setting up this Now system. How can I ring someone

or Now customer service rings me?

Why do you need to speak with someone over the phone?

Is this for broadband or TV? If it is the latter there is NO number for customer support.

You won’t get anyone contacting you from NOW based on a thread on this forum I’m afraid.

As I said before TV don’t have a phone number for customer support.

confused about the sports
deal at 14.99 for 4 months plus one month for the boost. What on earth is about with just
the main TV? 🤣 Basically can I have
it at 14.99 on the normal
tv for 4 months after the boost thing one month finishes. What is the boost on the tv? is it really just removing ads?
What does that mean with TV and I can have it on my phone or ipad as well?

I assume after 4 months I
can stop and there is no commitment?

I have an old apple tv box and I don’t think the app on Now works. is it best to get either a Amazon Fire stick or a Now stick?

I find it strange that Now get millions for profit yet they expect asking other on the forum here
to help when it should be a customer service Bow person to answer.

Boost is to give you 1080p, 5.1 surround sound, the ability to stream 3 devices at the same time.

Also most importantly for sports 50fps on supported devices.

It does NOT remove adverts from live TV, just on demand.

Take a look at this link for what boost is. For sports live TV viewing its very important in my opinion.

You won’t get a brand new NOW stick as they are no longer manufactured. The two cheapest options are Amazon fire sticks or Roku sticks. See this link for supported devices.
