Bought a day pass Feb 25th which came with a 9 month mobile sport membership.
Received and email 7th March to say it’s been added to my account but when I go into the app and try to watch any sports it prompts me to purchase a membership?
Anyone know how I get round this?
Does the 9 month Mobile Sports Membership show on your online account under My Membership?
If so have you double checked on your smartphone NOW App under the gear wheel icon symbol that you are logged in with the correct details ?
Are you trying to watch one of the five permitted live Sky Sports channels with your smartphone which is Sky Sports Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News ?
Are you using a VPN or currently out of the country ?
Are you using a foldable screen phone which can also cause a problem with the Mobile Sports Membership.

If you are following everything above, perhaps try a fresh NOW App download from your phone Apps Store and power down the phone completely for around five minutes before starting the phone again and sign back into the NOW App.
