i've just bought 6 month sports package when i go into the sports live section it won't play anything
@yorksred have you signed into your account? Depending on the device you're using, scroll to the bottom of the home screen and click on the "account" tile. On the next screen it will show you if you're signed in or not.
On what device?
There used to be a weird fix whereby if you started the service on your mobile phone, it would then become playable on your intended device, though I don’t know if this is still the case.
Worth a try if @Saint1976 ‘s advice doesn’t fix it, though.
