5 months free offer with day ticket

Can anyone help  me out, I need to speak to someone  basically,  I purchased a day ticket in an around the 27th July,  when I purchased this i got an email  saying that I would  get 5 particular channels free for  5 months,  , it started automatically  a few days later, it did work wen I tried  it but....we are probably just  over 2 months into the free  5mths an its now saying  I need a membership an cant watch nowt, can anyone help?

What channels are you trying to watch? 

With the mobile membership you’ll only get these channels: Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News

If your trying to watch anything else then you’ll be prompted to buy another membership.

I have the same problem. Bought a day pass with 5 months mobile offer but no access to the supplied sports channels - how do you contact now about this? It was over 10 days ago I bought the day pass - 18th September.

I'm aware of that pal, I was only trying to watch sports news and was prompted for a membership

also @_murf_  both head onto live chat to speak to staff with NOW to see what they can do for you. Just make sure to click “chat online”.
