30 Day Now Boost Offer Disappeared

Hello,

 

I signed up for a £1 per month offer on 24/12/21 and I then got another offer pop up in My Account for a free 30 day Boost Trial.  The small print said the offer expired on 31/12/21 and as I wouldn't chance to watch things after Christmas I have waited until now to use it.

 

Unfortunately when I go to My Account now, the only Boost offer is for a 7 day trial.

 

Does anyone know if the 30 day offer might be "hidden" anywhere that I can still access?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.

Thanks Gavs.  They've just sorted it for me.

 

If anyone else is ever in the same boat, they suggested I should have taken a screenshot when the offer appeared.
