Hello! I purchased a 3-months entertainment pass yesterday and realised I couldn’t watch shows on my TV (Philips - with which no mirror tv apps are compatible). I discovered I need to do that with either the NowTV box or stick which I need to purchase. I’m really keen on watching the shows on my TV. Can I cancel the 3-months pass and get a full refund?
