3 month sky mobile pass don’t work

Hi,

i got an email telling me i got a 3 month sky mobile pass 

i can see it is activated on my account but when I try to watch sky sports via the app on my mobile it says I need to but a day pass for sky sports

does anyone know

- how can I contact now tv directly?

- if I got a now TV stick will it allow me to stream my skysports mobile pass on to my tv?

Have you tried watching one of the five Sky Sports Channels on your smartphone ?

The five channels you can watch with a Mobile Sports Pass is Premier League, NFL, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News.

Also double check that your phone is not in cast or screen mirror mode.

If that doesn't work, try deleting the NowTV App off your phone and download a fresh new NowTV App on your phone's App Store.

Apart from that, try a different smartphone (if you have one) or contact NowTV live chat.

BTW - The mobile sports pass only works with smartphones (no casting or tablets).

i have re downloaded the app but it did not do the trick

do u know how i can get to the live chat? Cant seem to find that newhere.

Ok i think i am the problem

so those 5 mentioned channels work

do u think if I got a now tv stick

i could stream the football to my tv? 

i read a link here online on nowtv that it works

so just wondering if its worth getting thst stick

Hi @Anonymous User 

With a Mobile Sports pass you are restricted to the five channels on a smartphone screen only.

The NowTV Stick or any other NowTV supported device needs a full blown Day, Week or Month Sports Pass to watch Sky Sports on.

I have done all this still not working, it now says no pass available but yet I've got the receipt in my basket. And I have a smart phone
