3 month free movies, pin error.

I got two vouchers from simply games, one for movies one for entertainment.

I applied the movie code for one free month, then applied the one month free entertainment code.

I then cancelled the auto renew for the entertainment and was offered 3 months of free movies, so obviously accepted it.

On accepting it, it said "pin error" even though there was no option to enter the pin yet, then the offer vanished.

I did take a screen shot of the offer, but don`t know how to post it here.

Any way to get the offer back?

That screenshot would be really helpful. 

When you post a message, do you see a camera icon? This is where you should be able to attach images.

Yes i see the camera icon, but that takes you to another page where it wants the source, description, dimensions etc, its in my documents, what am i supposed to put in these boxes?

I don`t know how to just paste the image into my reply.

I am on a laptop, i do not have any other kind of device, the photo is in my documents.

Sending you a private message gives me the same camera icon.

When you go to reply do you see the drag and drop here option to attach files?

No, the drag and drop box is not there.

So I take it when you click on the camera Icon, you don't get taken to this screen?
