I received an email yesterday offering a 3-month entertainment pass for £7.99. I clicked the 'get offer' button and it takes me to the 'apply voucher' page. It states in the email that the voucher code box should automatically fill itself out but it doesn't and there is no code in the email to copy and paste in. How am I supposed to redeem this offer?

Apparently a few customers have had problems trying to redeem this email offer and I would suggest if the offer date is still valid and hasn't expired yet to contact live chat,
Open the link page below and click on the drop down arrow below Anything else to reveal the live chat button,
