3 for 1 Offer - Cinema Pass

Hi all 

I have been trying to purchase the 3 months for 1 offer on the cinema pass from the below link:

But every time I click on the get offer button it takes me to an 'Almost done' screen which states I have 'Just got an entertainment pass' - but this is the pass I activated free with my smart box a few days ago.

It doesn't seem to want me to get the cinema pass! 

I have tried sending a message and also tried live chat but it never seems to get me to an advisor

Any help much appreciated

Welcome to the forum. In the terms it mentions those offers are for brand new customers who sign up via that offer page, so unfortunately you wouldn't be eligible as you'd be classed as an existing customer.

You might be interested to know you can buy gift cards for NOW TV online from the NOW TV website http://www.nowtv.com/gift-cards or various places including Game , Tesco, Argos, Amazon, Currys, PC World etc.. Prices are

Entertainment - 3 months - £15
Entertainment - 5 months - £25
Movies - 2 months - £15
Movies - 3 months - £25
Sky Sports Week Pass - £10

Those can be used by existing customers. As a new customer you may also be offered a 14 day free trial from your My Account > My Passes page if you've not had one previously.
