3 Months for the price of 1?

I’m already a customer. Am able to have the 3 for 1 offer? Also every time I buy it says I’m ready to watch but it doesn’t work and the payment doesnt get taken? Thanks.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. That's an offer for brand new customers signing up via the offer page only, so it won't work for existing customers. There's currently no existing customer offers on the NOW TV website but you might be interested to know you can buy gift cards for NOW TV online from the NOW TV website http://www.nowtv.com/gift-cards or various places including Game , Tesco, Argos, Amazon, Currys, PC World etc which can be used by existing customers and offer a small discount.

I have just followed the link in an emil I received from you informing me that NowTV is offering me 3 months for £1. It is now telling me that I will ge charged £2.69 a month, which is not 3 months for £1 as advertised. At present I am stil in my 1week free trial. Can anybody please explain?
