24 hour code not working

I received a 24 hour code as a season ticket holder of Crystal Palace. I am attempting to redeem the code and get the message that there is an issue with redeeming codes. Is this an active issue or is it just me? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If the voucher code won't currently redeem on the NowTV website under My Account > Passes & Vouchers and you have tried another internet browser or another device such has a smartphone for example.

 

Then i would try applying the voucher code on your playback device under the NowTV App, My Account section of the App if you own a NowTV Stick / box, Games Console or Smart TV with the native inbuilt NowTV App.

 

If that doesn't work, then see if live chat can assist you further.
