Double check you're using the right username to sign into the device you're trying to watch on.
eg go to your My Account > My Passes page on this website to make sure your month pass is active, and if it is go to your My Account > Account Details page to check the username. Make sure you use that username to sign into the device you're using to watch.

Welcome to the forum. Try applying the code manually instead. Go to your My Account > My Passes page
https://account.nowtv.com/passes
and in the Sports Month Pass section, click the apply a voucher link and when prompted enter the offer code AANOWCJCCVKC
This should give you your 2 months for £20 offer (if you don't want this to carry on at full price after 2 months remember to cancel the pass sometime during your second month).
PS if you are a NOW TV Combo (take your broadband from NOW TV) customer or you already have a day or week sports pass on your account that will stop you getting the deal.

Thanks for this, I've been going mad all morning trying to work out how to do this. I am just wondering why that it has been made so difficult and inaccessable for existing customers and why it was necessary to get a response from yourself in order to get this offer. Is it a fault with the website that someone is working to correct or is this deliberate?

im an existing customer without a sports pass and I’ve been trying without success to set up the £20 pass but without any luck. Have just tried the code that Andy suggested but it’s not worked for me. Anyone had any joy in getting this deal. It really shouldn’t be this hard.

How not to run a promotion. Why haven't you made this very clear to customers??!!
For anyone else who's had to resort to checking the forum........you can't copy and paste the code, you have to type it in manually.
