Trying to add my 1 months entertainment pass onto my account but it says I only have 7 days but the box clearly says 1 month free. Any ideas or help please

Was it a one month Cinema pass that comes bundled with the stick ?
If so have you setup and activated the stick on your TV ?
If yes, then have you gone to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here to check if there is a message with a link towards the top of the Passes & Vouchers page to see if it says Voucher Waiting for You.
Should there be no Voucher Waiting for You, then go into the stick NowTV App under My Account and double check the email address or username used when setting up the stick is the same details when trying to find your one month voucher on here.
