£1 a month email

I've had an email for £1 a month for 3 months on sky cinema and it won't let me accept it? I've had a now subscription on and off for a while, put in email and password and then doesn't let me do anything else. Never had an issue before! Any help appreciated

Any error message or error code ?

Are you on a current Cinema offer that has more than 30 days remaining?

Is your bank card details up to date on your NOW account ?

Have you tried another internet browser when clicking on the email link ?

When you click on the link see if there is a NOW voucher code embedded on the end of the Url address bar and if there is a code, apply it directly to your NOW online account My Membership.
