Hello,

I selected the 1 pound offer pass to watch 5 sky sports channels till jan 2020 which it then changes to 5.99.

However every game I click on that's on sky sports it doesn't let me watch and says I need to buy a day pass for 9.99.

Are football channels not included in the package?

With a Sports Mobile Pass you need to use a smartphone (tablet or casting to a TV will not work) and when using the NowTV App on your phone you are only permitted Sky Sports Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News.

Also when you go into the NowTV App on your phone under the My Account section of the App does it show an active mobile sports pass ?

I too am having the same issue. I have tried to watch sky sports on my mobile today and it says I need to buy a pass?

I am trying to watch the sports pass on my mobile, no streaming to tv etc, all it says when i try to watch sky sports premier league it says i need to purchase the £9.99 pass.

Not sure what is going on so i am trying to cancel as we speak.
