keep having to sign in every time. I have seleced:remember me.

Please can someone help with suggestions, thank you.

Assuming you are referring to the forum, the login seems to time out pretty quickly. (like after a few hours)

I have the same, but as the browser remembers the log in details, it just means clicking sign in again.

On what device?

e.g. Now signins should persist on TVs and Now/Roku/Amazon sticks and devices, but not on laptops, tablets or phones.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
