I have rebooted my router and YouView box as first troubleshooting. I get the home screen but it just won't play any content. I get Sorry, something went wrong. Please go back and try again. I have no problem with using the Now TV app on my android phone. I did sign up for the feedback group and registered my box with the code but since then I have had a replacement box and can't use the same code twice and haven't had a reply from requesting a new code. Not sure if this is an issue? I can't think of anything else to try so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
