No Internet connection

Lost internet connection some time after 11pm last night (23rd). Went through all the usual checks but still nothing. Hoped it would be resolved overnight but nope. 

With 3 of us working from home just now this is pretty disastrous!

Middle light on router is orange. No amount of re-starting it, unplugging etc makes any difference.

Any help would be great.

As a suggestion you could set the router back to factory settings, it might give it the kick that its needing. 

On the back of the Router there is a small reset button, if you push & hold in this button for about 10 seconds it should factory reset the Router back to it's default shipped settings when it left the NowTV warehouse.
