Lipsynching

Voice & pictures not in synch. Have tried reboot & factory restart. I’ve had my Now TV Box incl Boost for several years but never before this problem. HELP!!

On my TV I’ve just gone on to Now TV/Sports/Sky Sports News & it starts fine but goes out of synch after 3 or 4 secs.
The ‘live’ Aus v SA cricket on Weds was painful, ie commentary wd say wicket has fallen but screen was 4/5 secs behind.
How do I seek help or redress from Now TV in a case like this where my equipment is not fit for purpose?

Meant to say it’s only on the Now TV Sports app that it’s out of synch, other Apps ok eg iPlayer.

Have you tried on demand to see if it’s an overall app issue? That way if/when you report to staff you can say you’ve done literally everything possible.

I’ve just tried ‘on demand’ via iPlayer & that works fine. Seems like the problem is just live sport on Now TV.

How do I report or take this further? I’m paying monthly £26.99 for Now Sports E7C06 plus £6.00 Boost.

My device is an old plug-in black box 4200 SK.

Any further advice much appreciated.

Hi @Pablo7 

If not using a Soundbar or AV Receiver, then perhaps go into the NOW Box Settings under Audio and set to Stereo.

This has worked in the past for others.

I am assuming you haven't got any other NOW Membership to see this audio lip sync is happening on ?

If that doesn't work sometimes a power reboot on your Router might fix it when streaming NOW.

Thanks for these tips but sadly none has worked.
I've reset to Stereo, rebooted the Router, have no other NOW Memberships to check, just the Sport, so looks like I'm scuppered. 
Wdn't mind but as an avid Boro & Crewe fan I really only use Now TV for Sport. 
My laptop and iPhone reception aren't affected, just my TV which is a real nuisance. 
I wonder where to next?
