Have you tried contacting ITV themselves, after all they are responsible for the running and maintenance of the ITV hub, not Now TV.
For example, I recently had a problem with a catch-up programme on All4, I contacted Channel 4 and got a quick response, the following day, and a resolution a few days later.
So if you have a problem you have to contact the right organisation.

Unfortunately you are wrong, ITV issued a warning recently saying there was a problem with their ITV hub on Now TV boxes and that users should use other devices in the meantime.
