I want to switch from Now Broadband to a Sky Full Fibre Broadband package, how can I do this?
When I try to sign up for SKY it says I already have an account and won't let me proceed.
It may be that you need to set up a new Sky ID to order, they will recognise any existing NOW account as already being registered. If you do manage to get your order through, make sure that you cancel directly with NOW.
