It may be that you need to set up a new Sky ID to order, they will recognise any existing NOW account as already being registered. If you do manage to get your order through, make sure that you cancel directly with NOW.
Thank you, after a phone call to Now I was transferred to Sky and placed an order over the phone. The whole process took over an hour on the phone, but the guy from Sky was very helpful.
