I've been charged for broadband after only two weeks

Hello all,

My broadband went live two weeks ago. According to my account, my next monthly bill should be in two weeks, but for so.e reason they've taken money from .e yesterday. I can't find a contact number anywbere, and I've tried live chat multiple times yesterday and today, but there never seems to be an agent available. I need that money back that they've taken from me, that was the last in my bank account until next week. Does anyone e know how I can rectify this? Thanks

Brilliant, thank you. Why do they make the number so difficult to find? Also why is there never any agents available for live chat? It's like they're trying to avoid dealing with customers lol

If I’m not mistaken I believe live chat is generally reserved for TV passes.

Haha yeah I know most of the contacting forms are very difficult to find on here.
Think they aim to have most people resolve their issues before getting in touch with them.
