Hi dies anyone out there know how to resolve a landline problem.  Can ring out on phone, but my landline doesn't ring. I have bought a new phone it's not that. I can ring the number it just doesn't ring. Help.

Out of curiosity is it only recently you joined NOW Broadband and Phone ?

Is there anyway you can check the telephone number on your landline by either ringing a Mobile to check the incoming number or another landline with caller ID such a friends or family member phone to see if your existing landline number was ported across and NOW didn't give you a new landline number.

Hi, no I have had this for a year at present address but had for 3+ years at previous address.  I can ring my landline from my mobile that's how I know there is a problem. I can not get a telephone number to ring nowtv about it.

Use the telephone number on the link I posted to reach the NOW Broadband Team.

Their telephone helpline number is open between 8am to 8pm.
