My router was due for delivery yesterday but never arrive and the tracking info as changed to "item is with us". My go live date/first payment is Monday 14th December. Will I still get charged even if I have not had my router?.

Normally your live activation date is the first payment date and then on the same date every month.
Can't help with regards to the non or late delivery with your Hub Router, where i suggest you give NowTV a call using the telephone number for NowTV Broadband customers in this link page below.
If you have an old Sky Router lying around the home, then you could use that on your live activation date until the NowTV Hub Router turns up.
