my broadband keeps losing signal, it works fine but then suddenly drops all signal then reboots and is fine.
i've had now tv broadband for nearly 2 years now so I know it's not a teething problem so it needs to be fixed asap.
i can't call the contact centre and have been looking for where the live chat is but it just doesn't seem to exist (what's up with that??)
anyway, any help would be amazing as my boyfriend is one more signal drop away from ripping the box out and cancelling the account
Is there a particular reason you are unable to call customer support for broadband?
There is a support email, but I would personally say calling the broadband team is the faster option to get it resolved.
