watch nowtv through talktalk tvbox

i have just spoken with talktalk who have told me i need to contact nowtv to access my nowtv channels through their box? how do i even do this!!

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If you are having trouble logging into a NOW box, rather than your TalkTalk box.

 

Then follow the similar instructions in my link by going into the NOW home screen page on the NOW box or Now Stick and at the bottom of the horizontal grid row there should be a My Account tile box to highlight and click on.

 

Once in My Account section, sign into the NOW box or NOW Stick with your NOW created account login details.

 

Should that not be the problem, then came back with more information and quote any error message or code that pops up on your television screen.
