So frustrating, no mention of the lack of subtitles when signing up.  It is 2019.

I am very hard of hearing and need subtitles. Disappointed if I don't know what people are saying then not sure if it is worth me paying the subscription. This discriminates against the deaf and those with hearing difficulties.

Hi Paul

I too am very hard of hearing but now have a cochlear implant which is a fantastic help for normal conversation although I still use subtitles on the TV.

I did have Now TV at one stage but no longer subscribe as I wasn't watching it much. I still use the Roku stick to watch Netflix although I rarely find anything I want to watch on it either. The subtitles on both Now TV (Sky Entertainment) and Netflix are good.

As far as I am aware there is no difference in the subscription whether or not you choose to switch on the subtitles on Now TV or Netflix so discrimination against the hard of hearing is not an issue.
