Down again. Sick of this now. Rupert Murdoch bot earning enough as it is run through sky, to keep this online,  or is it cos it's cheap, get what you pay for.  Itter crap. Using phone data to type this as landline and internet dead again!!! As per usual.  Contract now broken by the company. I'm off

Just to inform you this this is a customer forum, we are all customers here. Seldomly do Now TV staff post on here. 

All that we would be able to do is provide you with troubleshooting links and the broadband customer freephone number. 

If you have done both, then of coruse you are free to leave Now TV for not providing a suitable service to you.
