Passes automatically renew each month if they aren't cancelled, so if you haven't already, make sure you have now cancelled your movies pass by going to your My Account > My Passes page and clicking the Cancel button next to your pass.
With regards a refund, you would need to have a word with live chat, explain the situation and see if there is anything they are able to do for you. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and click the Start Live Chat button.
