payment

Hello,
my activation of now broadband & calls was on 29/10, I made the payment on 4/11 and wonder whther it is for October or for the following month November. Because I just used 3 days in October. So,I was wondering if the monthly fee payment is paid in advanced or not.

Hope you can help me

When I had broadband a few years ago I made an upfront payment as part of the sign up process and when the broadband was actived the monthly payments began on that date.

 

For a peace of mind you can call the broadband team.
