had no landline for 2 week,need a phone contact as every other option failed,absolutely appealing service.can anyone provide a number so I can speak to a human being not a chat bot.

If you are a NowTV Broadband customer, you should find their telephone helpline number under My Account whilst logged in on here with your NowTV Broadband account.
Then from the drop down options, select Broadband & Calls, then the easiest way to find their telephone number is to go to the moving home section of the page and keep clicking on moving home bit until the telephone number appears on screen.

Same here. Internet also keeps dropping out. We have medical problems here and this isn’t acceptable
