mobile pass

hi guys i just wondered if somebody could help me so i payed for a sports day mobile pass then it says after that you will be able to start watching after 10 days but i still have not recieved my pass just wondered if somebody could help me please thank you

I am guessing you have checked your online account Membership?

 

Did you buy the Day Sports Membership when the freebie 4 or 5 month Mobile Membership offer was on? (where the Mobile Membership freebie is not always included with a Day Sports Pass purchase).

 

Have you checked your emails under junk, spam or deleted folders for any NOW email correspondence referring to this Mobile Membership offer?

 

If there is no trace of the Mobile offer either in your online account or email folders and it's been 10 working days since you purchased the Day Membership with the Mobile offer, then get in touch with NOW live chat.

I am also assuming you haven't got multiple NOW accounts and looking on the wrong account ( where I have seen this happen before on numerous occasions with customers who have either accidentally or deliberately created more than one account).

i havent recieved nothing at the moment but it has been 8 days so hopefully by the 10th i will hear something?
