Hi have used the day pass a few times mainly football of course, here's the thing i bought a month pass in a bit of a rush to pay sort it out on the morning of the match, all good then today i see that they have charged my account for a second month, i was alerted to this when my debit card was refused "don't keep money in the bank" , what a cheek now i see there is an opt out system ha ha, i never opted in ! So i am now going to cancel sky tv as well, so that worked they got another £33 and lost a customer plus sky have lost a customer cheers all going to virgin media.

Unlike the Day and Week Sports Passes, the Monthly one autorenews, and that’s in the (fairly large) small print.

But if you catch it quickly, as you have, and don’t use the second month, as you hopefully haven’t, then Live Chat will likely cancel the latest charge for you if you ask them, as per the details below.

I hope you have researched Virgin, though, and satisfied yourself that you will get all the programmes you want from them.
