1st day, found that Now had restricted my account from the off, no mention they would do that in any of the literature or terms and conditions, when I phoned up to find out what was going on I was told that Now did not put restrictions on accounts but I had to phone them to get the Broadband Buddy turned off1?!? I phoned later today and told that I dont have to return my hub if I cancel within the 30 day cooling off period and it will take upto 45 days to refund any monies I am owed but if you look in terms and conditions you wont get a refund without returning the hub and there is a 14 day cooling off period. I am now concerned that Now are an untrustworthy company and that their customer services will be a poorer quality than Shell's, and let me tell you they would get a minus score from me, do people have a good experience with Now or not?
