broadband issues

Anyone have any updates on the current broadband issues? I've had no service since yesterday evening, and contrary to what the website says, customer service are not open until 11 PM, so can't get any updates any more. I would assume they know what the issue is by now and could at least provide more clarification besides the issue number.

There isn't much help I can provide, apart from to call the broadband team. The thing with NOW is they are fully reliant on OpenReach for setting up and maintaining the network. 

 

So if I were you I would call to find out when the situation is going to be resolved.

sadly, i get put through to a non technical person that is only able to give the most generic response with no information apart from "it will be as soon as possible" which is a bit annoying. thanks for the response anyway.
