Resolved! How to request an engineer

I have signed up to now broadband and the kit is being sent out I just recently moved into an address and the previous tenant has destroyed the master socket how can I request an engineer? Thanks in advance

Landline

Having trouble with landline constantly engaged and no dial tone.  Checked all wires and connections appear okay but can't find any details of where to report it.  Site is not helpful at all.  Where can I report the issue?

Unable to use device

I have changed internet provider and now can’t use my now tv as no remote and only have Roku on my phone any help would be appreciated. As you can imagine I’m not happy I can’t watch tv

Cancel order

HiWhen I signed up for my new contract the speed advertising was approx 60mbs per second.After I completed the order, on my account it says guaranteed speed aprox 25mbs per second.I want to cancel the order. How do I do this ?
