Unable to use device

I have changed internet provider and now can’t use my now tv as no remote and only have Roku on my phone any help would be appreciated. As you can imagine I’m not happy I can’t watch tv

Cancel order

HiWhen I signed up for my new contract the speed advertising was approx 60mbs per second.After I completed the order, on my account it says guaranteed speed aprox 25mbs per second.I want to cancel the order. How do I do this ?

I ordered my broadband but unfortunately I get with phone line , I need just broadband,  how can I delete phone from my order?
