Now smart stick issues

My smart stick has stopped working properly. It loads on my tv for about 5 seconds buffering and then turns off. It does this on every tv I’ve tried and I’ve reset the device several times. Any ideas? 

Broadband down Llanelli, S Wales

Broadband has been down since 10pm last night (Llanelli, S Wales). It's getting ridiculous now, I hope they fix the problem soon. Has anyone had an explanation as to why this has happened? I phoned but couldn't get anything out of them.

Broadband slow as ADSL

Broadband is so slow as though they have switched me back to ADSL.  Also cannot complain as the complaints section does not work. Website states their lines are open until 11pm.  Called then and they close at 8PM
