Hello. I've been working in the office today. Had a text to say my WiFi will be switched from basic to fab fibre. I've come home to find WiFi not working. I need to work from home for the rest of the week & need WiFi. Unsure why it isn't working, is this common when switching? Any help much appreciated. I've tried resetting, turning on & off etc, line test etc. I have 2 end lights on my hub, the middle light isn't on.
