help 11.99 and 3.99 please explain this amount every month

£11.99 is Cinema. £3.99 is probably Kids, though it could be Hayu.

If these are the Passes you think you have, fine.

 

If not, get on to Live Chat, as per my posting above, and query things.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I have been charged £11.99 and £8.99 in 2 days. (July 15th and July 16th)

£11.99 is Cinema. £8.99 is Entertainment.

They are billed on consecutive days as NowTV only takes one payment per day, even if both Passes actually renew on the same day.

 

If these are the Passes you think you have, fine.

 

If not, get on to Live Chat, as per my posting above, and query things.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
