You should be able to find your next due payment date, by going to My Account > Bills & Payments whilst signed in on here.

My bill was due on the 1st december but hasnt come out of my bank yet why is this

I find with all my various NowTV passes and with NowTV Broadband that the dates shown on My Account > Bills & Payments section on their website (in my particular case) always seem to be 3 days late when comparing the payment dates shown on my bank account.

Perhaps give it a few more days or if you are concerned about it, then contact live chat on the link page below.
