Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately season 3 is the current new season showing on Sky One which means it's available as catch-up and each episode expires 30 days after broadcast (like BBC iPlayer) so episode 1 has now left.
Boxsets of previous seasons do appear from time to time but only stay for a certain time before expiring, so for instance Flash S1&2 left a couple of weeks ago having been available for a couple of months to watch.
They should be back to watch again sometime in the future, but no date yet as to when. Keep an eye on the blog which has a coming soon post each month
and on this thread which lists new boxsets when they appear
