Vouchers

I applied a voucher last week for 2 months entertainment. When I had done, my account said next payment was due in December. Today however, £8.99 has been taken from my account and my voucher is nowhere to be found. Please help.

Any chance you have more than one account and looking in the wrong place ?

 

Have you tried re applying the voucher again on your account ?

 

Once you added the voucher you didn't cancel the pass by any chance ?

 

To be honest your best bet to get to the bottom of this is to contact live chat who should be able to look into your account in more detail on their computer screen.
