Voucher not received

When I signed up to Now Broadband, it was with a voucher to be emailed to me in 90 days - I have still not received it.  Has anyone else had this and can tell me how I get my voucher please?

You need to call the broadband team to get any voucher issue sorted. See the link below for a number you can call.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
